Is training in small groups effective? Once you are comfortable training and have learned the basics, small group personal training is a fantastic way to add a workout to your week at a fraction of the cost.

MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE TO YOUR GROUP!! 

PERSONAL ATTENTION - Unlike traditional bootcamps where you train with 10 -20 people, with small group fitness,
you never get   lost in the crowd.  Train in groups of 3/4 people
 and get the personal attention you need at a fraction of the cost

JOIN AN EXISTING GROUP or CREATE YOUR OWN with friends and pick a time/location.

Partner Personal Training

Want a bit more attention?  If you are motivated by a partner, want Personal Training and would benefit
from sharing the cost , then Partner Training is for you. You can bring your own partner or we can match
you with someone.  


Train at your home, nearby park or one of our studios.

You will be put through your paces and have a blast doing it. Our Group Personal Training classes are for women only and all levels are welcome.  Classes range from beginner to advanced. We vary the exercises and intensity according your ability.  So while some people may just be starting out learning the basics of a biceps curl, others may be having intense sessions of fitness training, combining high and low impact, cardiovascular exercises and muscle condition.
